Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Streako account and all of its data at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us.
Delete in the app
- Open the Streako app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Data, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password (if your account has one) and type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap Delete forever.
Want a copy first? Go to Settings → Export your data before deleting. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app, email support@codewithdeep.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and immediate. It removes:
- Your account, profile, email address and password hash
- Linked Google or Apple sign-ins, sessions and device push tokens
- All habits, categories, goals, check-ins, reminders and streak history
- XP, levels, badges and notification history
- Friendships, challenges you created, and your participation in others' challenges
None of your personal data is kept in our database after deletion. Copies may persist in our providers' routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten. See the privacy policy for details.
