Terms of service

The service

Streako helps you track habits, build streaks and take part in challenges with friends. It is provided by Deepak Maurya. The core app is free to use, and optional paid plans (Streako Pro) may be offered. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Streako.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@codewithdeep.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

When using social features such as usernames, challenges and friend connections, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or impersonate others, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content.
• Use challenge names or descriptions to spam or advertise.
• Try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or scrape or reverse-engineer it.
• Game XP, streaks or leaderboards with automation.

You can report users in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the habits, check-ins and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Streako for you, including showing it to friends when you use social features. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Not medical advice

Streako is a motivation tool, not a medical, fitness or mental-health service. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new health or exercise routine.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Streako running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Export your data regularly if it matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost streaks or data.

Ending your use

You can stop using Streako and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app first. Continuing to use Streako after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
