Challenge tracker and end date calculator

Choose a length from 7 to 100 days and a start date. See exactly when your challenge ends, then print a numbered, dated grid to cross off.

How to use it

  1. Name your challenge.
  2. Pick a length: tap a preset like 30, 75 or 90, or type any number from 7 to 100.
  3. Set the start date. Day 1 is the start date itself, so a 30-day challenge starting on the 1st ends on the 30th.
  4. Press "Print or save as PDF" and cross off a box each day you complete.

Picking a length

Short challenges (7 to 21 days) are good for testing a habit and for groups trying something together for the first time. Thirty days is the classic: long enough to matter, short enough to finish.

Long challenges like 75 or 90 days are a different commitment. They work best with a small daily standard you can hit on your worst day, not your best one. If you are new to a habit, run a 30-day round first and go longer next time.

Thirty or so days is also not the finish line for a habit. Research suggests a new daily behaviour takes around 66 days on average to feel automatic, with a wide range. The habit formation calculator shows those dates for you.

Doing it with friends

A paper grid keeps you honest. A shared leaderboard keeps a whole group going. In Streako you can start any of our challenges from a ready-made template, invite friends with a code or QR, and everyone checks in to one live board.

Questions

Day 1 is the start date. The end date is the start date plus the length minus one day, so it is the last day you complete.

100 days, which still fits on one printed page.

Yes, with no sign-up. Nothing you type is sent to us; it stays in your browser.

You can print a 75-day grid for any 75-day challenge. 75 HARD is a trademarked program with its own official rules; Streako is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
